Technology
What sets us apart is our Functionalized Micronized Rubber Powder (FMRP)—the "F" is the game-changer, enabling our product Vultrex™, to be reintegrated into tyres at high proportions without compromising performance.
The key lies in functionalization, a process that enhances the interfacial bonding between the recycled rubber powder and the new rubber matrix. By modifying the surface chemistry of the powder, functionalization improves compatibility and adhesion, ensuring a seamless integration that maintains - or even enhances - the mechanical and dynamic properties of the final product.

Applications
Beyond tyres, our FMRPs can be incorporated into a wide range of non-tyre rubber applications.
They are compatible with a broad spectrum of elastomers, including Natural Rubber (NR), Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Butadiene Rubber (BR), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), and Chloroprene Rubber (CR).
Through continuous R&D, we are optimizing functionalization chemistries to push the limits of in-rubber performance, delivering more durable, efficient, and sustainable rubber solutions across multiple applications.

Addition of Vultrex™ into a rubber compound
Switching from traditional rubber production to Vultrex™ makes a huge difference in reducing CO₂ emissions. By replacing natural rubber with recycled FMRP, we cut emissions by:

For one SRS production facility, this means saving up to 160,000 tons of CO2eq per year—the same as taking over 100,000 cars off the road annually!
Vultrex™ doesn’t just lower emissions; it also keeps end-of-life tyres out of landfills and incinerators, turning waste into high-performance, sustainable rubber for new products, prevent deforestation for rubber plantations.
Research
Our in-house R&D laboratory focuses on developing new ways to improve material performance. We study functionalization strategies and processing methods to enhance performance, efficiency, and cost. By exploring these areas, we create rubber solutions that meet the pressing needs of various rubber industry sectors.
